Test Numbers

By Alex Bisbe. October 22nd, 2025.

✅ Overview

You can now add test phone numbers to your organization to safely test agents, call flows, and prompts — without affecting your analytics or campaign statistics.

This feature is perfect for QA teams, demos, or training sessions, ensuring that internal tests don’t distort your real conversion or performance data.

⚙️ How It Works

When a number is added as a Test Number, all calls from or to that number are automatically excluded from:

  • Conversion Rate

  • Orders and Valid Calls

  • Agent Performance Reports

  • Campaign and Monthly Analytics

You can still see these calls in the logs by toggling Show Test Calls at the bottom of your dashboard.

🪜 How to Add a Test Number

  1. Navigate to Settings → Organization Settings → Test Numbers

  2. Enter the phone number in international format (e.g. +34XXXXXXXXX)

  3. (Optional) Add internal notes such as “Demo QA number” or “Marketing test line”

  4. Click the ➕ button to save the number

Your new test number will appear in the list, with the creation date and edit/delete actions available.

📊 Filtering Analytics

At any time, you can choose to show or hide test calls in analytics:

Dashboard → Show Test Calls

  • ON → Displays all data, including test calls

  • OFF → Excludes all test numbers (recommended for reports and performance tracking)

🏢 Where It’s Configured

This configuration is company-wide, meaning it applies to all your campaigns.

To access: Organization → Configuration → Test Numbers

All changes take effect immediately across the platform.

💡 Best Practice

Before running a demo or internal validation, add your QA or team numbers as Test Numbers. This ensures your conversion, call validity, and order metrics remain clean and reflect only real customer interactions.
