### The client

[Aticco](https://aticco.com/) operates flexible workspaces across Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia and Lisbon. Its product range spans Flex and Fix memberships, private offices, custom-built offices, meeting rooms and event spaces — sold across four cities, in seven languages, at wildly different price points.

It is, in other words, exactly the kind of business where a phone call closes and a form does not.

### The challenge

Aticco's demand generation works. Its website captures leads continuously, in Spanish, English, Catalan, French, German, Italian and Portuguese, from prospects who are comparing three or four coworking operators at once.

Three structural problems sat between that demand and a signed membership:

**1. The response-time gap.** Aticco's customer service team is available for roughly a quarter of the week. Lead flow does not respect that schedule. A prospect who fills in a form on Friday afternoon, Saturday morning or during a Tuesday lunch peak waits — and while they wait, they visit a competitor's site.

**2. The qualification problem.** A form field marked "Flex, Barcelona" tells you almost nothing. Does this person want a hot desk two days a week, or a private office for a team of six? Which building fits their commute? Do they need a gym, a rooftop, parking, an auditorium? Building-level detail is what actually decides the sale, and a form cannot ask follow-up questions.

**3. The bottleneck was human capacity, not demand.** Every hour a community or sales team member spent dialling numbers that never answered was an hour not spent giving tours — which is where Aticco's sales actually close.

### The deployment

VoiceB deployed **Rosa**, an autonomous sales voice agent, on Aticco's click-to-call flow. The sequence:

1. A prospect submits a form on aticco.com.
2. Rosa calls them back immediately, referencing the specific product and city they enquired about.
3. Rosa qualifies: usage pattern, city, preferred building, team size, timing, budget sensitivity.
4. Rosa answers building-level questions — which spaces have a gym, which have a rooftop pool, which have parking, what is included in a membership.
5. Rosa checks live tour availability, proposes concrete slots, and books the tour directly into Aticco's calendar.
6. The structured outcome, tags and full transcript are written back for the space manager who will host the tour.

No human is involved in any of it unless the conversation requires one.

{% hint style="info" %}
**A note on "close."** In this deployment, the outcome VoiceB is paid for is a **booked tour**, not a signed membership. Aticco's memberships close in person, with a space manager, at the building. Rosa's job is to produce qualified, calendar-confirmed tours — the metrics below measure exactly that, and nothing more.
{% endhint %}

### Results

#### Only 3.2% of calls ever reached an Aticco employee

**96.8% of all telephone work was absorbed entirely by the autonomous agent.** Transfers to a human happened on 3.2% of calls — and only when the conversation genuinely required one.

#### 27.4% of conversations ended with a tour on the calendar

Of the calls where a prospect actually picked up and had a conversation, **27.4% ended with a confirmed tour.** Measured at the lead level rather than the call level, **close to 30% of every lead the agent successfully reached ended up booked.**

**93.3% of those bookings were made end-to-end by Rosa with zero human involvement.** Median booking conversation: **under two and a half minutes** — qualification, building recommendation, objection handling, live calendar check and confirmation, in the time it takes to make a coffee.

#### One in five tours was booked when Aticco's team was off the clock

**21.7% of all tours were booked outside Aticco's customer service hours.** Weekend traffic accounted for roughly one call in six, and weekend conversations converted at **22.5%** — in line with the weekday average.

Under the previous model, that demand either waited until Monday or went to a competitor. It is the most invisible category of loss in a headcount-limited sales team: you never see the leads you failed to call back.

#### Price objections did not kill the deal

An explicit price objection came up in **15% of conversations. 45.5% of those still ended in a booked tour** — well above the overall average.

This is the difference between an agent that reads a script and an agent that sells. When a prospect pushed back on monthly cost, Rosa reframed to the building's included services, offered the tour as the low-commitment next step, and closed the appointment rather than the objection.

#### Nearly a third of leads wanted something different from what they had filled in

In **28% of conversations**, the agent detected that the product the prospect had enquired about was not the product they actually needed — someone asking about a Flex membership who really needed a private office, or someone who had selected the wrong city.

**Those re-qualified conversations converted at 45.2%**, again far above average. A form cannot do this. It records the guess the prospect made in twenty seconds and passes it downstream as fact.

#### The agent switched language mid-call

When a prospect asked to continue in English, Rosa switched immediately, mid-conversation, without dropping context or restarting qualification. **Those calls converted at 46.2%.**

For an operator whose website serves seven languages and whose members are disproportionately international founders and expats, this removes an entire class of lost lead.

#### Callbacks to the agent's number converted at 45.2%

Inbound callbacks — prospects ringing the agent's number *back* — made up a small but disproportionately valuable slice of volume. **45.2% of those conversations ended in a booked tour**, well above the outbound average.

A prospect who returns your call is a prospect who has decided to take you seriously. Because Rosa answers that line instantly, at any hour, with the full context of the prior conversation already loaded, none of that intent leaks.

### What Aticco did not pay for

Outcome-based pricing is what makes this economically rational, and the data shows why.

**88.8% of calls were billed at zero.**

Most instructive: **one in five leads was never reachable at all** — disconnected numbers, mistyped international prefixes, permanently unavailable lines. Chasing them consumed **a third of all dialling activity.** In a traditional model, that third is salaried time. Under VoiceB's model it costs the client nothing, and it costs the client's team no attention whatsoever.

Aticco pays for booked tours and for transfers to a human. Not for minutes, not for seats, and not for the third of all attempts that reached a dead line.

### Why this pattern generalises

Flexible workspace shares a shape with the verticals VoiceB has already proven in energy, telecom and insurance:

→ **Speed decides the winner.** The prospect is comparing operators in a single browsing session. First qualified human contact wins disproportionately.

→ **The offer is complex but bounded.** A finite set of buildings, products and amenities. Complex enough to defeat a form. Structured enough for an autonomous agent to master completely.

→ **Demand arrives 24/7 and the sales team does not.** Over a fifth of bookings landed outside working hours.

→ **The conversion event is an appointment, not a signature.** Any business whose real close happens in person — property viewings, test drives, clinic consultations, campus visits — can put an autonomous agent on the step immediately before it.

### What comes next

Two extensions are on the roadmap for this deployment:

**Closed-loop ad platform feedback.** Feeding VoiceB-confirmed tour bookings back to Meta and Google as conversion signals, so Aticco's acquisition campaigns optimise toward prospects who actually show up to a building — not toward form submissions.

**Post-tour outcome capture.** Closing the loop between booked tour, attended tour and signed membership, to give Aticco true cost-per-member visibility across its whole portfolio.

**Want the same on your funnel?** If you generate 1,000+ inbound leads a month and your sales conversation happens on the phone, [book a demo](https://cal.com/team/voiceb-demo/voiceb-demo). Every engagement starts with a controlled, KPI-based pilot with agreed success criteria.
{% endhint %}

*All figures are drawn from one month of consecutive production call data. Conversation-level metrics exclude voicemail, busy signals, unreachable numbers and sub-10-second drops. Absolute call and lead volumes are withheld at the client's discretion. Individual prospect details have been removed.*

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.voiceb.ai/blog/how-aticco-turned-website-form-fills-into-booked-space-tours-with-autonomous-agents-93-of-booking.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
