hand-pointerFrom click to checkout — guided by AI voice, closed without a human

Product · SuperVoice · March 2026 · 7 min read

Most companies spend a fortune driving traffic to their website. The landing page converts at 3%. The form sits there. The visitor has a question. The chat widget says "we'll reply in a few hours." They leave.

This is the gap VoiceB was built to close — not with a chatbot, not with a callback form, but with an AI voice agent that appears on the page, talks to the visitor in real time, guides them through the purchase, fills in the form on their behalf, collects consent, and hands a confirmed sale to the CRM. No human involved. No wait time. No drop-off.

"60–70% of users abandon landing page forms. Phone-based sales close at 3–4× the rate of email or chat. VoiceB puts a voice agent directly in that gap."

Two ways to deploy — same result

VoiceB's guided checkout experience can be embedded on any page in two modes, depending on whether your infrastructure is web-first or telephony-first:

  • WebRTC widget (VoIP) — instant in-browser voice, no phone number needed on either side, works on desktop and mobile, zero latency for the user.

  • Click-to-Call widget — traditional PSTN call initiated from the page, works on any device, familiar for users, with full SIP trunk support for enterprise.

Both are embedded as a single JavaScript snippet — one line of code on the landing page. No IT project. No custom integration. Both modes give the agent the same capabilities: it knows which page the user is on, it can open new URLs in the user's browser, it fills forms in real time, and it collects dual consent before submitting anything.

The journey, step by step

Here is exactly what happens from the moment a visitor lands on your page to the moment a confirmed sale appears in your CRM.

1. The widget activates

The widget can be configured to appear after a scroll depth threshold, a time delay, on exit intent, or immediately on high-intent pages. The button is a single tap — no form to fill, no callback to wait for. The agent picks up in under one second.

2. The agent knows where it is

This is one of the most powerful aspects of the VoiceB widget. The agent receives the current page URL and page title at the moment the call starts. It knows whether the user is on the homepage, a product landing page, a tariff comparison page, or the checkout step. The script adapts accordingly — no generic greeting, no "how can I help you today."

3. Qualify, explain, handle objections

The agent captures what the user needs: their interest, their situation, their hesitations. It handles objections using client-trained scripts with configurable guardrails. It never invents pricing. It queries live pricing or coverage APIs where available. For energy clients, it validates the CUPS supply point ID in real time during the conversation.

4. Open the checkout page

Once the user has committed to proceeding, the agent opens the right URL in the user's browser — the checkout page, the sign-up flow, or the contract page. This happens programmatically, via the widget, without the user having to navigate. They stay in the conversation while the page loads alongside them.

5. Fill the form on their behalf

The agent fills in the form fields it has already collected during the conversation: name, email, address, tariff selection, supply point, identity information. The user sees the form being completed in real time. They can correct anything — they remain in control throughout.

Before any form is submitted, the agent collects two layers of consent explicitly, with confirmation in the widget and a voice record of acceptance:

  • Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy — confirmed via widget checkbox and verbally during the call.

  • Consent to voice recording — required under EU consumer protection law for distance contracts and compliant with the Spanish Real Decreto on certified sales confirmation.

  • GDPR data processing consent — collected with the agent stating the data controller identity, purpose, and retention period. Full audit trail preserved.

This is not a checkbox the user clicks once and forgets. The agent reads the consent statement, the user confirms verbally, the widget records acceptance with a timestamp, and the audio is stored as part of the interaction audit trail. This structure is compliant with EU AI Act transparency requirements and fully auditable by regulators or enterprise legal teams.

7. Sale confirmed, CRM written

The form is submitted. The sale is written to the CRM in real time — HubSpot, Salesforce, or Bitrix via webhook. The agent sends a confirmation email or WhatsApp trigger. The interaction is tagged in the Outcome Engine as an Autonomous Sale. The human contact center never touched it.

What this looks like in production

This is not a prototype. The flow above is live in production with enterprise energy and telco clients. The numbers below come from 12 months of real deployment data.

Client
Result

Primagas / SHV Energy

67.8% autonomous close rate over 12 months of production data

Holaluz (energy)

30.4% of valid inbound calls closed autonomously by AI agent

Response time

Under 4 seconds to first agent response — zero wait, zero overflow

Why this matters beyond the demo

The form abandonment problem is not a UX problem. It is a trust and friction problem. Users leave forms because they have questions nobody is answering, because the process feels uncertain, and because filling in their personal data on a cold page with no confirmation feels risky.

A voice agent resolves all three. It answers questions in real time. It guides the user step by step. It fills in what it already knows — so the user is reviewing, not data-entering. And it collects consent with a spoken confirmation that the user experiences as a real, human-grade commitment, not a checkbox.

"The autonomous close rate is more powerful than cost reduction as a headline metric. '30.4% of your sales happen without a human' changes how boards think about contact center investment."

This also closes the loop with ad platforms. Every sale completed via the VoiceB widget generates a structured, labeled conversion event — Autonomous Sale — that can be sent directly to Meta Ads Conversions API or Google Ads offline conversions. Ad campaigns start optimizing for actual sales, not clicks. The entire acquisition cycle tightens.

Technical requirements — genuinely minimal

Deploying the guided checkout widget requires exactly one JavaScript snippet added to the landing page. VoiceB handles the rest.

Requirement
Detail

Client-side

One-line JS embed. Works on any CMS, landing page builder, or custom web stack.

Data residency

All conversation data processed and stored on VoiceB EU infrastructure. GDPR-compliant by default.

IT project required?

No. For clients with public-facing pricing or coverage APIs, VoiceB connects directly without backend work on the client side.

CRM integration

HubSpot and Salesforce natively. Bitrix and custom systems via webhook. Sale records appear instantly post-call.

Channels

WebRTC (VoIP, no phone number needed) or Click-to-Call (PSTN/SIP trunk). Both embedded identically.

Who is this for?

This capability is built for companies that:

  • Run Meta or Google Ads campaigns linking to landing pages with a call-to-action to call or be called.

  • Have a sign-up or checkout flow with more than 3 fields — the drop-off risk zone.

  • Operate in telco, energy, or insurance, where the sales conversation is repeatable and the product is explainable by phone.

  • Receive 1,000+ inbound leads per month and cannot scale headcount to match demand.

If your website has a "call us" button or a "request a callback" form, VoiceB replaces that with a real-time AI agent that does not wait, does not overflow, and does not miss a lead because it is 11pm on a Sunday.
